Julie Zubiate

In February 2020, San Mateo County Real Producers magazine profiled Julie Zubiate as a Star on the Rise, with over $70,000,000 of sales closed in her prior 3 years as a real estate agent. One of which, in 2017, was the sale of the famous Flintstone House in Hillsborough! Fast forward to December 2021, where Julie managed a team of 14 solo agents who collectively brought in $500,000,000 of sales volume for the year.

Since her start as an agent on the Peninsula in 2015, Julie has quickly mastered what it takes to buy and sell homes in the competitive Bay Area market. She has both served her own clients and taught and mentored other top agents. She also brings 20+ years of consultative and project management experience from her tech background. Julie chose to join Real Estate Experts in 2022 to be surrounded by top Silicon Valley producers backed by a strong marketing and support team and expand their reach further into San Mateo County.

Originally from Maryland, Julie has also lived in Hawaii, Montana, New Jersey and Indiana and keeps coming back to the lovely San Francisco Bay Area, her adopted home for more than 20 years. When not working, she enjoys traveling with her family, playing with her cats and reading.
