Jennifer Gayden

Born and raised in the Bay Area and living in Oakland, Jennifer Gayden knows all about the East Bay. She also knows all about real estate, as it runs in the family. Her grandparents owned and managed several properties, and her mother is a full-time real estate investor. “I grew up talking about cash flow and fixer-uppers at the dinner table,” she says, “I would say real estate is in my blood.”

When Jennifer earned a master’s degree in global entrepreneurship and management at the University of San Francisco, her thesis focused on developing a real estate investment company in the Bay Area. She entered the field in 2011, and she continues to see real estate as an investment and avenue to build wealth. When approaching her work, Jennifer draws on her family, academic experience, and past successes of her clients.
